Great lighting has helped my 5 year old sleep better and without anxiety. The variety of lights and sounds/music is good, plus you can add your own music (haven't tried it yet). Please note that you must use the remote control to turn off the music. I opened the remote a few weeks after using the light and initially the music was too loud to play at night. Now it's nice to let her fall asleep to a quiet melody. Spinning lights are nice, but you can hear the car spinning. It doesn't bother me enough to keep me awake. The display where you set the time limit has a bug and I can't read the timer without pressing it, but as soon as I release it it goes back to fragmented numbers. For the price it serves its purpose.
