It's user friendly - easy for employees at my work place (Caterpillar) who used it in an effort towards earning points through our credit union rewards program!! There are quite literally thousands upon THOUSANDS ways you can use this! They have done away with paper punch cards/programs which was great as well. ! Definitely try them out if they offer free trials or something similar where your not charged until after using their software. !! Very helpful tool when trying get people excited about being part of things like reward programs etc! The best thing about Loyalty Match is that its user friendly and very easy to use even for a first time user like me. It helped us in collecting more data from our members and also it helps us in delivering better experiences to them. Nothing to dislike at this point of time. Yes, we have faced some issues while using the software but those were easily solved by their team. This software helped us to increase our member base by providing a better experience to them.
