Review on Taylor Precision Products Standard Thermometer by Jennifer Brogdon

This product is suitable when you want to wait 5 minutes to get an accurate measurement. Setting up this thermometer takes a long time. I overcooked most food thinking it was a safe temperature because it would never come up to temperature fast enough before the food started to cool. I bought another quick read digital thermometer and compared and my food was always ready but not up to date. It's pretty easy to read but if you have a kid that cooks and helps it can be confusing. I would also like to point out that anyone with poor eyesight will have a hard time seeing this thermometer dial. I will neither recommend nor buy it again.
