New version will not fail you! customer service excellent! bad reviews from old version, new is great

I paid alot of money for comfort. I did not rely on others who said it would colapse. Well, on my second camping trip it happened. bottom dropped out, got up, fixed. layed down and happened again. 70 bucks wasted wish is a shame because when i first slept on it it was great. way better then sleeping on the ground on a pad alone. i am 60 years old, so cot is the way to go. Just really dissapointed this did not work. i am stuck with it now. I am considering drilling holes and putting in cotter pins in hope it will hold. doubt it, but hate wasting money. All of my other marchway products are spot on. they missed the mark with this one. *** Update 2021- I got the new updated version 2 months ago. Went on a 4 day tent camp and brought my air matress (all on a motorcyle). Well the new one looks very similar. but the company redisigned the support legs that clamp to the main bed poles. I was on a slightyly downward slope. The cot never failed this time. I did go to a store and buy some non slip stuff to keep my mattress from sliping. Perfect. marchway listens, and they fixed the bad design. Thanks for sending me another one! I would recommend this now!
