Rattle good clip doesn't fit my tom tom

I bought it to use on my tom tom but the clip doesn't fit because the power plug on the tom is right in the middle of the bottom and the upper part of the yoke broke off. In the end I removed the spring from the clip and glued the GPS to the clip. Although I like the rattle attachment very much. it will not slip or fall off the dashboard. Better than those who have a sucker, of course. The one I had with Sog kept unscrewing and falling off the dash. I will find another part of the mount that fits tom tom and then this mount will work fine.
