Ever since I bought my house, my oven has been heating up very slowly. Last week when I tried to roast, after 45 minutes of cooking I took the roast out and cut some off to pan roast it to finish cooking and after 1 minute I was able to lift the pan again with my bare hand . took a $10 gamble and bought this temp probe and the oven works GREAT! Better than ever.
