This is normal. For the price I paid, the quantity and variety of sizes, and the extra sticky cord organizers (I'm writing this without access to the list and can't remember what they're called), they're good value. My only real issue is that they aren't completely white, they are more like translucent white which is more opaque than transparent, but it's immediately clear that they aren't completely white. I hope maybe that means they don't turn yellow or something. I've used all sizes to varying degrees and have never had a single breakage, although I have changed one to a larger (and therefore thicker) due to concerns about warping.
