Review on πŸ”§ High-Quality Pro-Lift B-002D Grey 2-Ton Hydraulic Bottle Jack by David Jennings

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Decent bottle jack at a low price :)

The one I received appears to be a newer version (made February 2016) than what is shown in the picture: On the bottom of the Jack near the dial valve has another adjustment screw (which should not be adjusted by the end user) covered by a piece of red plastic. The box on the jack says the minimum height is 7" (I've measured and verified this) and the maximum height is 13-5/8". The maximum height is reached when the extension screw at the top of the jack is fully extended. The box also states that the jack has a two-year warranty instead of the 90 days listed in the Revain description. It takes about 30 pumps to raise the jack from the minimum height to the maximum height, with each pump raising the jack about 5/32 of an inch. My jack also arrived reasonably full of jack oil, although I've replaced a few of these (by removing the painted rubber plug). on the jack body) as a precaution with oil to prevent leakage. comes with my car (because the minimum height I need to raise my car is 6 inches).

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
