The best part is that it allows us to see who has been in our offices at what time with no problems! It also lets you know when people are coming back into your building via their mobile devices or computers which helps keep track of things like break times easily without having someone constantly checking each person's schedule. I would say this product could use some more customization options for different types of buildings. We have used many products over the years but they all lack one thing or another; however, we found something new here so far as being able to monitor multiple locations from just 1 computer/mobile device instead of going around trying to find everyone's schedules everywhere throughout several sites. I like that it is easy to use for my clients who are not tech savvy. The system works great and is very user friendly. There's nothing I dislike about this program. It has helped our business tremendously by allowing us to track all of our client's visits and check-ins easily. We have been able to see what areas of our facility are being used most frequently and make changes in those areas to maximize efficiencies.
