Review on Arctic Silver High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Cooling Compound with Bonus Tool - 3.5g for Optimal Performance by Viswanath Lopez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Have been using this thing for over 10 years - still reliable as ever

Of course there are other thermal compounds that have come out over the years with supposedly better thermal properties - but honestly - for the most part it just is Hype - Antec Artic Silver has never let me down - always better than factory paste - bought when I sold out after my phone broke and I had to move CPU and cooler from old board to new one - fills highly visible gaps in coolers without turning , as in the photo - the temperature of the CPU package varies between 45-55 degrees Celsius (almost idle when running simple office applications) and 55-65 degrees Celsius at 75% load (games or video playback) with fans. set to near silent mode (custom profile running in a Lancool2 og case with 3 inlet 120 and 3 outlet 120 barely spinning at an average room temperature of 23-24C - enough to make me smile ( amd prism rgb cooler cooler for ryzen 7 3700 cpu on asus am4 x570plus tuf mobo)
