Great experience using SJL and Customer Service is AMAZING

It's easy for employees/clients who are injured or ill in any manner while working at an organization that they can get help from by filling their forms out accurately before submitting them! I like being able solve my issues easily rather than having someone else do it without me knowing exactly what was going through somebody elses mind when doing so (if needed). There isn't much other good about this product but maybe you'd have more problems if there WERE? This program works very well as all business owners need some sort of methodical approach towards dealing witn employee related situations such medical emergencies etc.. We're solving our "How" problem regarding how we handle these emergency cases quickly & efficiently wtihout losing money along side getting better service offered because now everyone knows whats happening immediately upon diagnosis - no long delays involved where people just sit around thinking 'this won The customer service team at Solvinjury are fantastic! They have always made us feel like we were their only client. All of our questions or concerns are addressed in an efficient manner. We love that they will follow up if you don't respond right away so there's no chance for things to fall through the cracks. I would highly recommend this software. It makes it easy to keep track of all your employees' medical information as well as any time off requests/requests for additional help from coworkers.
