I recently upgraded my Mac Pro from a 1TB SSD (M.2 NVMe) to a 2TB SSD to sell my old device with a capacity of 1 TB. I took this M.2 case to mount and erase the SSD via USB. It worked flawlessly, and the entire process of unboxing the device, installing an old 1TB SSD, and performing the disk initialization took less than five minutes. What I really appreciate is being able to remove the M.2 drive from the case when I'm done and store this unit with my other external drive docks (like the SATA dock) in my workshop when they need it be needed next time. Absolutely no issues with the product and it looks very good and is carefully crafted from anodized aluminum with screw design. This is a really good device that works flawlessly with Mac. Definitely five stars!
