Powermaster 9500 in Starters and Alternators
Did a V8/4spd rebuild in my '66 Chevy II. I used a 168 tooth flywheel and had a problem with the commutator to starter clearance. Read where this starter worked on this problem. It works, but I had to smooth out the area next to the battery a bit and rearrange the pins on a tube. Would have given 5 stars but the battery and switch connections needed to exit from the back, not the side. Otherwise a high quality item.
