This card looks great and has great RGB effects. It also does a good job and stays cool under load. However, the fans are loud, just like on the 5700XT. Other reviewers also found the fans too loud. However, this can be mitigated somewhat with undervoltage and manual fan control. Also in terms of cost, I paid way too much for the 3070TI and it was even on Zotac's MSRP with Amazon as the seller. If the GPU market hadn't been completely destroyed, I would have bought a different model. I'm lucky to have gotten something from a reputable seller (at all) though, so I'm keeping this for now. Edit: After playing around with the map for about a week. I have raised my rating to 4 stars. With a slight voltage drop and fan curve adjustment, this card is now quiet and running at full clock speed. This card holds the undervoltage very well. Now I'm pretty happy with it, apart from the price I had to pay in this broken market.
