It's not really a "marble run," but a plastic bag from third-party Lego and some half-hearted instructions on how to build a really small marble run. "Marble" balls are very small and pose a slight choking hazard. The suggested ages on the packaging are too small. My husband and I tried to build this and we both probably spent about 3 hours building this only to have it fall apart after about 15 minutes of playing with a 4 year old. This is probably one of the most frustrating toys I've bought and tried to build all year. to make it work for him because there was so much expectation as we watched as we struggled to build it. Overall I would not recommend this. It's easy to keep them with other Legos as extra blocks, unless you're a Lego purist in the sense that you only want the real ones together. All in all I would recommend this.
