I ordered a set of five size 4/5 boxers for my slim 5 year old. Each of them has a reinforced seam and will not pill or shrink with washing. So far they have shown no signs of wear in color or fabric. They are lightweight, breathable and do not restrict movement. They are elastic and soft on his skin. I like monochromatic options. They won't be as noticeable if his shorts or pants are rolled up when he pulls them up. It was a good choice and I will update if my opinion changes.
