Review on PROVAB TECHNOSOFT by John Hall

It's easy to use and has all of my clients' information readily available for me when needed. The system is very robust with many features that allow customization as well. There are some things about it that could be improved - however this may just be an outgrowth of its age. We have been using ProvaB since before I was even working in the industry so there were no real issues at first but we do hear from our customers that they would like more modernized options such as mobile apps or web-based applications. This allows them access while traveling without having to carry multiple devices.
