Both devices were dead right out of the box. Shame on me I didn't check them before I started installing! It should also be noted that the wires are very thin. Even a 24 gauge stripper couldn't remove the skin - use a fingernail. 08/28 β After my first check I was contacted by EEEKit (Cassie) and asked if there was anything they could do to solve my problem. I was immediately sent a set of replacement bulbs free of charge. Got a replacement today and the lights work great. Excellent customer service! I'm increasing my original rating to 4 stars (-1 star for very thin wires). The light is very bright and the mounting options - double-sided tape or screws - ensure good flexibility.
- FLEXIBLE DESIGN: It can be bent. It is flexible to bend the shape as you like. Each LED is independent, if you want to expand, you can cut the tape.
