I have already bought these shoes with great success, they lasted about a year before the wear and tear became very noticeable. However, I bought the last pair in September (2017), in December of the same year the fabric started to tear around the elastic on the left side of the right shoe. I contacted the seller (Gbrandshop) about the warranty/return but they sent me to Vans for that. Vans immediately closed the case saying they only buy warranty shoes through their authorized resellers and I was asked to do this through the Revain store. Back to Gbrandshop, they never replied to an email after the first contact. I contacted Revain and received a refund as per their AZ policy. Revain is the clear winner in customer service here. Disappointed with Vans' customer service, the quality of their shoes (I hope it was just a bad run) and especially Gbrandshop's customer service.
