I bought this product before I found any significant negative reviews about it. Although it looks very nice and does the job of heating water, the electric dispenser doesn't work most of the time. It works well when the item is full, but from 3/4 full it starts cavitating and similarly tries to draw liquid out of a straw with a hole in it. I would have to press and release it repeatedly for it to work properly. Often 10-15 times. Forget about getting hot water with a pump when it's only 1 liter left. Hot water. I could also get a 2 liter water heater that will meter properly.
