Let's just ignore the fact that my mirror is dirty and I have my clothes piled up in the back.Allow me to start a review. I have bought 2 waist trainers that were a literal joke, they had about 20 different hooks and was uncomfortable to wear. Probably had a lot to do with the fact I was 15lbs heavier. Compared to those, this is comfortable to wear. Doesn't constrict my breathing. You are supposed to only wear it for 3 hrs maximum while working out. However, I have not worked out as of yet while wearing it. Received it this afternoon and it's now 8pm. Should I have left it on that long? No. but it's that comfortable. Its slightly snug but not bad. I can still sleep, bend, do dishes, rough house with my kids, driving and annoy my husband muahhaha.I've had two kids and have that lovely belly from it. Hopefully I can do a before and after result!I gave 1 star for pain relief because that doesn't apply to me.Can't hardly tell I'm wearing it under my clothes. I'm 5'4 and weigh about 173(good day)-180 (bad day). I ordered the Large.Came with a mesh bag and phone arm band (haven't used it yet). I have a note 8 and imagine I'll have to take my case off to make it fit.So far I am content and have no complaints. However, I've had it less then 24 hrs.
