Dissatisfied with LED bulbs

Works better than an external twilight switch. I would like to add that I bought these bulbs on 04/22/2019 and two bulbs burned out on 10/22/19. I am very disappointed in the light bulbs. I paid a total of $31.52 including shipping, handling, and taxes. I think 6-7 months is a very short time for two lightbulbs to burn out. I gave one of these bulbs to one of my sisters in law and it blew out about 2 months ago. I emailed the Phillips warranty department because they say the lamps come with a 2 year warranty. We are waiting for an answer from you. Phillips asked me to send them a picture of the bulbs, which I did, but they said they could only receive jpeg images, which I don't know how to send. I asked them if I could ship to USPO and they said it wasn't possible. I am completely dissatisfied with this product and its warranty. They don't give me an address to send copies of the photos and proof of purchase. I asked them what they do if someone doesn't have a computer to send jpeg images and they just always email me that they only accept jpeg images via email. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from Philips. I am still trying to get my money back and having sent so many emails and calls to Phillips I have lost my account. The last time I called Phillips and spoke to a customer service rep, she said she had all the information she needed, including pictures. Now I get an email from them that they need more photos and the same information as the latest customer service. The person I spoke to said they had all the pictures and information they needed. I think they are trying to get me to ship things until the warranty is expired and then they will tell me I'm sorry but your warranty has expired. I will never buy or recommend a Phillips product to anyone. Update April 5, 2020: They were supposed to send me a check that was verified by 3 or 4 Phillips customer service representatives and that was about 5-6 months ago and I still haven't seen the check. I will never buy a Phillips product again. Update: 9/7/2020 Still no receipt or reply from Phillips after repeatedly saying they would refund my expenses.
