There were many issues with the X Box Wireless Controller that came out of the box with the XBOX 1 S. It only worked for about 5 months, after that it wasn't properly connected to the console. We then used it wired, but the connector port soon failed. We turned to this wireless product that connected as soon as we plugged the USB receiver into the console and we headed to the races. The work went smoothly without noticeable interruptions. The provider's customer service is excellent. I recommend this controller for wireless operation. However, please note that a wired connection is not possible.
