We bought this product 5 times and it broke every time. We will never buy this brand again.
We have purchased a Remington Nose, Ear and Brow Trimmer from Revain five times over the years. This last item was purchased in August 2021. At the end of September 2021 this trimmer broke AGAIN. This brand has very poor quality control and no shelf life. I also have another brand that we bought as a family that has been around for over 12 years. Too late for a refund but we will not buy this brand again. dyad
