I like how active commerce integrates with site core so well! It's been easy for us as we've had experience working in web development (we're an agency). The documentation could be better but it helps when there are issues because they tend to respond quickly through support chat or email. We needed integration of our website into our CRM system (Salesforce) which was very difficult without some custom coding due mainly from lack of knowledge about Sales force API calls/integration points. This has helped solve this problem by allowing seamless sync between AC sites within their platform via sales data importations such as opportunities created using AcCommerce. Also allows user profiles across platforms seamlessly. Allows easier management and update access throughout multiple locations including home office location where users can manage accounts remotely, view orders status etc..etc while still being able to see recent changes made locally at work place if any errors occur during updates.
