Amazing Fan for USB Devices

Where has this portable fan been all my adult life?! I love it! I bought one for my mom who runs and she loves hers too! This makes walking in the summer more bearable! The fan is pretty quiet, I set the speed to 1st or 2nd when I'm walking with a friend and it doesn't stop us from chatting. Seems very sturdy and light weight.
