Bought in October 2020 and changed the hooks several times within a few months. Last week they changed the hitch again but the lock won't open. The rubber plug has been over the keyhole all the time, has been splattering penetrating oil and all sorts of other things for days, and nothing has yet gotten the key to turn the lock to remove it. Revain's listing says if you are not satisfied contact them but there is no link to contact them. When I search for Elemake I get an unreadable Chinese website. I do not recommend buying this product.
