Order another in time if the first one is damaged

Arrived with a cracked fan blade which rubbed against the case at high speed. I didn't know it and installed it. The temperature dropped below freezing and my wife needed a car so I had to remove the fan, then remove the fan from my old fan and put it in this new fan. Then I had to reinstall a second time.
