I purchased this oil after reading a lot of positive reviews and getting recommendations from friends. I'll make a note right away that my hair is in really horrible shape after letting the black color develop naturally; the ends are quite dry and brittle. Consequently, this oil initially gave me a wave of wow-emotions because it perfectly smooths out all the broken ends that protrude along the length, and the hair even starts to look and feel like it is living. It also shines and has a wonderful scent. But! The impact was gone the following day, and it now feels as though the ends are just growing more harsh and bristly than they were before use. This is a great alternative for people who wash their hair every day to keep the appearance of smooth, shining hair, but it won't prevent the ends from becoming brittle, unless the hair isn't too dead. About half of the bottle has been consumed after more than six months of use. Unfortunately, the oil fell short of my expectations, so when it runs out, I'll probably buy something else.
