I ordered this for my son's birthday to help with his YouTube entries. I was very concerned that this stand would be flimsy and cheap for being so cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised! This stand has a very heavy base so my son's iPad stays in a position where he can remove his work surface (straight down) without falling or shifting over time. The stand can rotate more than I expected and probably more than anyone even needs. It is easy to assemble and convenient to use. The only downside (not even enough to knock off a star) is that the smaller top of the stand doesn't snap into the lower half attached to the base, but that's more of a preference than a necessity. The included phone stand is also very good!
