I'm not really into IT so I might be missing something, but this laptop is quite slow (compared to my work laptop on the same networks). .) The camera is not very good, but for me it is not critical. The reason for the low score is that I had several issues with my O365 not opening Word documents, PDFs and Edge yet. When I try to contact Microsoft support (which is included in the O365 contract) you are redirected online/yourself Help! I don't have hours to sit around learning IT support - I want someone who knows what they're doing to come on board and fix the problem. I just needed a basic laptop so I could interview via Zoom (due to COVID) but I wouldn't buy it again. I guess you get what you pay for?
