I bought this SIM card reader because I needed to unlock an unknown PIN for my SIM card. Since I didn't have any other device (old phone etc.) that could accept said SIM card, I bought this Dekart. There are no instructions in the box, so you must rely on the factory website to download manuals, software, etc. As a complete novice, I had a few questions that the work quickly answered. I rate their customer service as excellent. The reader itself is well made. the SIM card slot accommodates the SIM perfectly, so there may be problems in this area. Although I only completed a small, simple task on my SIM card while exploring the other features offered by the software, I have no doubt that you could complete every task offered without much effort.
