I have had this headset for 4 months now. I got it to get me through my college semester in a busy dorm and it's the best headset I've ever had. It's better than turtle beaches. This product is amazing in that most gaming headsets have cables that fail after a while. Mine shows no signs of this problem. The volume control is great unless you max it out when white noise is audible. I just downgraded it to a safer level and changed the Xbox audio settings. The headset is comfortable and a bit bulky, you get used to the low weight. The ONLY issue is the length of the cable and that the headphone jack starts to slip after a few months. I just tied the string and glued it together, but I don't recommend that because I'm afraid the wires might break if I untangle it. Fantastic product. Update: Bought in 2018 and finally ran into a problem. Where the cable connects to the headset, the cables separated and the volume was reduced by half. Considering I paid for the lightning deal and gave up this headset for 2 years, I'm definitely happy. Add a protection plan if you have one. I'll add mine and place my next order now. If you are an Xbox gamer this headset is what you need ESPECIALLY in games with heavy sound like Apex, Cod, Halo etc. If you are a PC gamer my friend used them while escaping from Tarkov, and could hear things. he shouldn't have been able to. Good. It's time to see if I can fix them, hello guys!
