Not as pictured. The previous strip I ordered from Revain looked like this picture (but brown) but was no longer available. This strap has a buckle and 3 metal rings, but there are only 2 in the picture and my preference. I didn't find a use for the extra ring and its extra layer of material cluttering the strap, so I cut off the excess material. with attached ring. Now it looks like the picture and works. The rings are square instead of rounded like in the picture and the previous strip and the material is closer to 1mm than the previous 1.5mm but this strip is usable and looks OK.
