Bought 4 pillow cases with standard zipper. At the same time I bought another brand and the zipper of this brand is perfect. Another brand had a zipper that broke immediately. The fabric is dense, smooth and soft, with a beautiful pattern of damask stripes. The website says that the stripes may differ from the picture. I have narrow strips, about 1/2 inch. Here's how I use them: I put several covers on the pillow at a time, up to eight at a time, one on top of the other, each with a zipper. Then I remove a pillowcase each night so I have a clean pillowcase free of dust and pollen. It's really great for my allergies. I don't think I need another model that is 100% dust mite proof as I stack them and use a clean one every day. I don't think dust mites get in and the real problem is that dust mites and pollen fall out of the air instead of rising off my pillow. I use an anti-allergic mattress pad as the bottom layer, right next to the pillow. The 100% anti-mite model also looks great and is worth the same price but it doesn't have the damask stripe in the picture and that pattern is so pretty.
