I love that they are very responsive to my needs as an agency partner. They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have! The support team goes above and beyond what you might expect from your typical software vendor. There's not much I dislike about their product - it works great for us! We use them primarily for our online store but also utilize some of their other products like their blog platform (which has been really helpful). Their customer service team helps me out when I need assistance setting up new features/products. It would be nice if there was more integration between platforms so I could access information easier across all systems. Also, having multiple people involved in managing content can sometimes lead to duplication of effort which slows down production time. However, this isn't something that typically affects our workflows too much because most things happen through automation anyway.
