Ideal for back pain and shoulder fatigue!
I bought Zensufu on a friend's recommendation prior to natural VBAC childbirth in case my labor returns. I had back pain for FIVE DAYS and the Zensufu was incredible. This kept my husband's arms from getting tired easily, but put a lot of pressure on my lower back. After giving birth it's still great for tired shoulders, the feeling is amazing.
