Effective! Very efficient. Be careful, but don't be afraid.
It worked wonders on my heels! The one that looks like a cheese grater was so effective and shaved off all that nasty, calloused and dead skin so quickly, even though it's very sharp, so I recommend using it carefully and gently. Others in the pack don't seem to do much other than buff, but it's nice that they gave you some extra care for those delicate areas. The star certainly looks like a cheese grater, although my heels seem small.
