The product felt very cheap and the chain broke after my incident below.I bought this for extra protection to only have it get stuck in my door and it wouldn't release. It got hung up somehow. It took over 5 minutes of wiggling to free it. Yes I followed the simple instructions.The idea of not being able to get out in an emergency was even worse and more scary than the odds of someone coming in.Waste of $20!
- I love how easy it was to put on the doors and easy take off too!
- The product may not be effective against brute force attacks
