I bought this because I had battery discharge problems in my car and after 3 times in different shops no one could find the reason. I figured the charger might be the answer instead of constantly changing batteries. It was easy to install under the hood and feels solid. Since installing this charger I have had no more battery issues. Now when I park my car in the garage, I just plug it in and the battery stays charged. I waited a few months before writing this review to make sure it worked and worked as I hoped it would.
