I ordered a tailor flap on 22nd August. This tool is made of high quality solid wood, it is very smooth and easy to use. The only thing that surprised me was the size. It was a lot less than I expected. I went back and looked at my wish list and order and don't you know I went for the little one. GHOST! I really wanted a big one, but I'll have to wait until next month to order it. This size is perfect as a travel companion for your iron, small enough and light enough to easily take to classes, workshops, retreats and anywhere you take your portable iron and abs flat. If you've never had a tailor's cracker, the main thing is to be patient. Place the bobbin on the seam you just ironed and steamed and wait for the fabric and bobbin to cool.
