Received on the recommendation of my trainer; had trouble completing workouts without excessive rest or early termination. We have adjusted meal times, other additions, etc. with minimal changes. In the end all we could do was come up with how I process glucose/sugar/ATP and my body struggles to release slower released fuel. Difference. Use a 32-ounce bottle of Nalgene and drink throughout your workout; I have NEVER felt like betting during a workout, I can do anything without almost passing out/feeling like shit, I can work harder (more weight/reps). For me it completely changed the rules of the game. . I used to be almost afraid of it because it was an enormous struggle to get through a workout and it would kill me for hours afterwards even if I wasn't in a systemic workout. I now feel energized after a workout, even hypertrophic, and my muscles scream from work to failure. I may not be able to lift my arms after the shoulder workout, but I still feel GOOD for the rest of the day; while getting shot in front of it / ready to take a nap for the rest of the day.
