Review on Dorman 600 601 Actuator by Andrew Aldana

This item worked. My four-wheel drive works again. As I have seen other comments there was a burr on the fitting at the end of the cable where it is crimped. This burr prevents the fitting from slipping into the shift fork cavity inside the differential. I had to trim this ridge to make the cable fit. After I removed the burr, installation went smoothly and this cable cost about half the price of any others I've seen. I would buy it again but would test the fit before routing it to the cone and attaching it to the plastic diff case.
