That's the saddest excuse I've ever seen for a shoe bag. The sides, back and dividers are made of thick cotton, which does not retain its shape and is not waterproof. The inner dividers are made of thin fabric and are not attached to the back. So if you put the shoes in and move the bag around, the shoes won't stay in place so you actually end up with a bunch of shoes in your bag. The bag is cheap, hard, crumpled plastic and only has one zipper so you have to open the entire bag to get the shoes on the right side.
