Review on 🎨 Lime Crime Venus II Eyeshadow Palette - 8 Full Sized Matte and Pearl Eyeshadows - Highly Pigmented Shades in Cool and Warm Tones - Mirrored Box - Vegan Formula by Chelsea Young

After falling in love with the first Venus palette I wanted this one. Especially after seeing YouTubers like Drac Makens create such unique looks with this palette, I really wanted this one. My two favorite colors are definitely shimmery, Fly and Pigeon. Fly is a yellow-greenish shimmering color that looks very cool as a highlighter and completely changes color when applied on top. Pigeon reminds me of MAC's blue-brown pigment (although I've never actually used it), and I like to wear it over eyeliner to make it look blue-green, or use it over black or brown eyeshadow to give it a lot more depth the look. Especially on boat it looks fantastic. I still have a bit of an issue with using the mustard and swamp tones as my skin tone is quite yellow and if not used in combination they can look muddy on me. The filter is one of my favorites in this palette, but it's a bit powdery and needs some build-up to get good color payoff. Despite all that, I am very happy that I bought this palette and use it almost every day.
