I bought it because it's the right size for me and blocks blue light. If you spend a lot of time at your computer, you need to block out that blue light. It really spoils the eyes and causes headaches. i love this screen. plug and play Clear colors. I lowered the resolution because at the highest resolution the fonts were too small for me and I was tired of increasing the size in every application. Now it annoyingly tells me I'm not using the max resolution.
