No Thunderbolt 3 port

I thought I had one with a Thunderbolt 3 port. That was the only reason I bought it because the pictures show a Thunderbolt 3 port. I was wrong. Can I still trade my existing Dell Latitude 7480 for one with a Thunderbolt 3 port?
