I have used this drill for light commercial work. I have a pest control company and I use this drill to drill concrete slabs for termiticide injection. Coming from a larger company, I used an expensive Dewalt for the last ten years before buying it 3 years ago. At first I was concerned about the smaller and weaker drill bit. Once I realized that I couldn't (and shouldn't) rely on it, using the drill became a lot easier. Drills holes a few seconds longer than Dewalt for 1/3 the price (and weight). I may eventually upgrade, but with the limited termite work I do (5 or 6 jobs a month as opposed to 3 jobs a day at my previous employer) I'll wait until it breaks or I need more power. So far he hadn't come across a stove he couldn't handle.
