Arrived disassembled - Emergency Strobe Lights

The metal tab of the fuse holder on the plug was not attached so the fuse and spring were not held in place but simply popped out. I used a tool to widen the back so it could push through. as long as it works well. This is a company I will continue to do business with, they KNOW what customer service and support is for their product!
