The metal tab of the fuse holder on the plug was not attached so the fuse and spring were not held in place but simply popped out. I used a tool to widen the back so it could push through. as long as it works well. However, less than a month later the unit started to fail and after almost 2 weeks of ridiculous emails back and forth and the cost of replacing the flashlight, I finally got a replacement sent via USPS which according to tracking will take another 4 days to arrive he is here .
